Actors Who Refused To Shoot Scenes Together

Everybody who has ever had a job has also
had the experience of being forced to work alongside that one co-worker you just can’t
stand. You know, the guy who makes fish in the office
microwave, or the lady who’s always taking personal calls from her cat-sitter. And Hollywood is no different, except when
stars have a problem with their co-workers, it makes headlines. Here’s a look at some actors who got along
so badly they refused to shoot scenes together. The Rock and Vin Diesel Rumors of a feud between actors Dwayne “The
Rock” Johnson and Vin Diesel made headlines in 2016 when Johnson took to Instagram in
a since-removed post to complain about his experience filming the eighth incarnation
of The Fast and The Furious franchise. He noted that his female co-stars were “always
amazing,” but said that his male co-stars … “… are a different story. Some conduct themselves as stand up men and
true professionals […] The ones that don’t are too chicken s**t to do anything about
it anyway. Candy asses.” It became evident who the “candy ass” in question
was in 2018 when Johnson confirmed to Rolling Stone that he and Diesel didn’t film any scenes
together during the shooting of The Fate of the Furious. He explained, “[W]hat I came to realize is that we have
a fundamental difference in philosophies on how we approach movie making and collaborating. It took me some time, but I’m grateful for
that clarity. Whether we work together again or not. […] I wish him all the best, and I harbor
no ill will there […] Actually, you can erase that last part about ‘no ill will.’ We’ll just keep it with the clarity.” So we shouldn’t expect a buddy comedy anytime
soon. “Watch this.” Lena Headey and Jerome Flynn Game of Thrones has about a million plot lines
and characters, so it’s not too surprising that certain actors don’t cross paths during
the show’s filming. However, two characters who should have shared
a lot of screen time but haven’t are Lena Headey’s evil Queen Cersei Lannister and Jerome
Flynn’s mercenary Bronn, who at various times works for each of Cersei’s brothers. So why have they only shared one brief scene
together? According to The Telegraph, Headey and Flynn
were a couple off-screen way back in 2002, and in the wake of an ugly split refused to
be in the same room. A source told the paper, “Jerome and Lena aren’t on speaking terms
any more and they are never in the same room at the same time. […] It’s a pity because they appeared to
have patched things up for a while, but now the word is they should be kept apart at all
costs.” Julianna Margulies and Archie Panjabi Up through season two of The Good Wife, Julianna
Margulies and Archie Panjabi’s characters were best friends, until it was revealed that
Kalinda had once slept with Alicia’s husband. After that the two characters almost never
shared a scene together. According to Vogue, a long-rumored feud between
the co-stars may have played a role in the plot twist, and may have been the real reason
why the actresses no longer shared screen-time. Although the actresses initially denied any
problems on set, the show’s season six finale, in which the characters “reunite,” set tongues
wagging when it became apparent they hadn’t in fact shot the big reunion scene together. Yep: they weren’t even in the room together. After Margulies told Vulture that the scene
was shot this way due to Panjabi filming the TV show The Fall at the same time, Panjabi
tweeted, “[The Fall] was not even in production at
that time and I was in New York ready to film the scene!” Sounds like there might be a lot more to this
particular split-screen story. Emma Watson and Channing Tatum According to anonymous sources, Emma Watson
was so flustered while shooting a planned scene with Channing Tatum for This is the
End that she walked off the set in the middle of a strip routine. In 2013, James Franco confirmed the incident
happened, though he didn’t call out Watson by name. He told Interview, “[T]his actress—I won’t say who, but she
had a smaller role in the film—walked off the movie in the middle of a scene […] [W]hat
was going on around her was, I guess, too extreme for her. […] And she said, ‘Yeah, I’ve got to leave.'” “When I got the script I was like, ‘OK, this
is not my normal type of thing, not really always my sense of humor.” Julia Roberts and Nick Nolte The 1994 romcom I Love Trouble didn’t exactly
set the world on fire, and part of that might be due to the total lack of chemistry between
stars Julia Roberts and Nick Nolte. In fact, according to the Los Angeles Times,
things got so hostile on set they ended up filming most of their scenes separately. “Roberts reportedly wasn’t thrilled with Nolte’s
machismo, so she would deride and insult her co-star. Some on the set claim that he became so annoyed
with her attitude that he would do things to agitate her even more. The discord was so intense […] the two played
more to stand-ins than to each other.” After filming wrapped, Roberts also told The
New York Times that while Nolte could be … “… charming and nice, he’s also completely
disgusting.” Nolte responded by saying: “It’s not nice to call someone ‘disgusting.’ But she’s not a nice person. Everyone knows that.” Thanks for watching! Click the Nicki Swift icon to subscribe to

I've seen a few articles about Channing Tatum being arsey/unprofessional on set so if it was Emma Watson in that event I could kind of understand it. Plus, she's always seemed quite collected whilst interviewed on set so I can see it taking a lot to get her to just walk away.

Well, whether its nice or not old men working closely with actresses, or other smelling beings, should take special care in there personal hygiene. So gross to be around a gross old man that doesnt even take care of his stinkies or his nails or his hair. Breath. Pee pants. You name it. If old men ignore to many things, they stink to high heaven. Women too I guess but women take better care of themselves than old men. So I am not ever around stinky old ladies.

okay, so… emma Watson wont be around a male stripper, yet filmed a full contact sex scene not even a couple years later? hmmm…. it appears she isn't all about the "equality" that her feminism is preaching.

Emma Watson is such a great role model. If I was uncomfortable in a situation I'm always afraid to do something about in fear of being rude but no one should be that way, if your uncomfortable then just say something or get out of that situation.

Vin Diesel and The Rock didn't work well with one another? I'm almost CERTAIN it has everything to do with the fact they both think their shit don't stink. Both, run on ego

I saw a clip on a celebrity BS show some years ago where Matthew McConaughey and Sondra Bullock ran into a gaggle of reporters after a night out. Bullock got an attitude and sat in the car like an angry stuck up little princess while McConaughey joked and talked with the press. He even cast a couple of snide jokes about how bad Bullock’s attitude was the whole night long. It was obvious that this wasn’t a dream date for either one of them. Not a movie pairing, but still . . .

Wow how much money are they making in these movies and tv shows? Grow a pair and suck it up…. if the rest of us can work barely over minimum wage and deal with working with ex’s and douche bag coworkers… then so can you. ✌️
