Film Theory: Is The Emoji Movie ILLEGAL? (feat. Jacksfilms)

So what happens when a movie that's made to be shown in theaters is then shown on Youtube?
Does it become a violation or is preserving it in the original format trump the disclosure requirements?
What if someone makes a "feature length" movie that's intended to be, but is never released in a theater… And in order to generate awareness they publish it online in the original format? What about now? Do they need to disclose?
Seems like ultimately the variable that applies is how much money can you use to obfuscate the issue, not how much misleading content is being presented and how manipulative that content is to the viewer.

The Emoji movie was a bit Dull but I don’t know why people hate on it SO FREAKING MUCH XD

My 5 yr old sister loves it only because it has “feel this moment” by pitbull in it

(Also isn’t the pitbull song also product placement?)

Wel.. Wreck it Ralph 2 had Google in it…. and I dont think anyone wants to tango with Google.
Google probably employs a small city of lawyers.

MatPat, you forgot about the biggest factor that makes the Emoji Movie illegal.

Sony made this excuse for a movie instead of the Popeye movie!!!
